The Mind of a 1 Percenter - Volume 1

A genius question was posed to me earlier in the week to ponder over its deep threaded meaning or even multiple interpretations. As the mind races on and on, like a single mom trying to get kids to school on time, the complexities of said question turn out to be not so complex at all.
“Can you ever truly love again after being betrayed?”
And Chuck G’s answer is, YES. Obviously we could take this question and run in a thousand different angles, but when it comes to love the simplest answer is always most adequate.
Growing up in a black family but living in a caucasian dominated society has major implementing effects mostly blind to the human psyche. This betrayal alone has many aspects that encourage hate, fear, distrust, etc. And these societal norms are always taught from one generation to the next. What I’m saying is, we live in betrayal everyday but the only way we get through it is love. Whether we want to admit that to ourselves or not.
You might be asking yourself, “who is Chuck G, and why should I listen to his 3rd person talking ass?”, and I would respond “you shouldn’t!”. Go find life’s answers for yourself. This article, your parents, your teachers, even the people closest to you can not give you all the answers.
We are each different with all types of perspectives. Once we all, individually, find our truths as human-beings, then, and only then, can we share our perceptions with others to find an absolute common ground.
